VoIP Phone Issues
What if i have an issue with my phone device?
We only use Siemens Gigaset VOIP phones. They are pretty bullet proof and don't normally have issues however if you have any issues with your phone, please follow the steps below before you call us.
- The phone consists of a base unit and a handset. Please ensure the base unit is powered on and the handset is connected
- If you get a "Not Registered" message on your handset please ensure that the base unit is connected to one of the LAN ports on the back of your WiFi router
- Ensure your handset is fully charged
